Care Options
We understand that each family has different child care needs, and we offer a variety of options to fit your schedule and budget. We offer 2, 3, 4, and 5-day a week programs and are open from 7:00 am – 5:45 pm. We provide morning and afternoon snacks as well as a nutritious and organic lunch (Click here to review a sample menu). We also offer after-care for students in elementary school and provide pickups from neighborhood schools. Reading/Writing
Math/Science
We teach math and science through fun activities to learn about numbers and simple math through multi-sensory centers, art, puzzles, building, gardening, and imaginative play. Skills we practice include counting, sorting, grouping, creating patterns, adding, and subtracting.
Art
We have daily arts and crafts activities based on the thematic unit for each week and month. Skills we practice include drawing, tracing, cutting, gluing, painting, stringing items, sculpture, and more.
Social Emotional Learning
We have built a culture of respect for teachers and peers that includes using good table manners, taking turns, taking responsibility, and working cooperatively with classmates. Children learn the importance of compassion, sharing, honesty and respect through role-playing, games, reading, and discussion.
Critical Thinking
Through hands-on activities and social interactions, children explore, observe, reflect, and problem-solve as they discover their talents and develop new skills.
Tuition Rates
All prices listed are on a per month basis unless otherwise stated. Additional fees include: $50 Registration Fee for new students (non-refundable) and payable to hold the slot when notified of availability, $25 Annual Re-enrollment/Supplies Fee (payable to reserve the slot for an additional school year), one month deposit (refundable with one month’s written notice of withdrawal and payable when child begins enrollment). Application Process
Escuelita del Alma has a 2-3 year waiting list for almost all of our age groups. To get your child’s name on the waiting list, please submit an application here. Please note that due to the high volume of inquiries that we receive daily, we will not contact you until a space becomes available. Escuelita does not charge an application fee.
1. Fill out waitlist inquiry.
2. Once a space becomes available in the appropriate classroom, our Director, Ms. Dina, will contact you by phone and/or email to offer you the space and schedule a tour.
3. Once accepted, you will be sent an enrollment form to complete and return, along with the following payments:
- $50 Registration Fee for new students (non-refundable) and payable to hold the slot when notified of availability
