We are located at 32nd Street and IH-35, close to the Hancock shopping center and St. David’s Medical Center, on the access road heading north on IH-35, just past Stars Cafe and Days Inn.
Escuelita’s Coming Relocation
In 2022, the Texas Department of Transportation informed us that they would be proceeding with a massive expansion of IH35. As a result of our location directly on the access road, this means that we will have to once again relocate. In the Spring of 2024, we finalized the purchase of a new building located on Bluestein Dr., just inside of 183.
As of now, our timeline for moving will be until August of 2025 at the earliest, or December of 2025 at the latest. We are deeply excited to never have to move again, and continue serving the wonderful families of Austin.
Please take our new location into consideration when deciding if you want to place your child on our waitlist for future enrollment.

Tuition
Full and part-time attendance is available, with tuition based on the age of the child and level of planned attendance. Options include 2, 3, 4 and 5 full or half days.
Escuelita del Alma
Application Process
Escuelita del Alma has a 2-3 year waiting list for almost all of our age groups. To get your child’s name on the waiting list, please submit an application here. Please note that due to the high volume of inquiries that we receive daily, we will not contact you until a space becomes available. Escuelita does not charge an application fee.
- Fill out waitlist inquiry.
- In order to keep our very long waitlist manageable and up to date, we ask that you reach out to us via email every 6 months to confirm your continued interest in a space. If we do not hear from you within this time period, we will assume that you have found care elsewhere and will remove you from the list and you will have to reapply.
- Once a space becomes available in the appropriate classroom, our Director, Ms. Dina, will contact you by phone and/or email to offer you the space.
- Once accepted, you will be sent an enrollment form to complete and return, along with the following payments:
- $50 Registration Fee for new students (non-refundable) and payable to hold the slot when notified of availability
- $25 Annual Re-enrollment/Supplies Fee (payable to reserve the slot for an additional school year)
- Full month deposit (refundable with one month’s written notice of withdrawal and payable when child begins enrollment)
